Meet the Team

James Harries - Creative Director

James is a successful videographer, photographer, multimedia developer and composer. He is a classically trained musician and studied creative music technology at the prolific Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

He has extensive knowledge and creativity in many area’s of multimedia including video production, sound design, music composition, graphic design and web authoring.

He has worked extensively within the professional broadcasting and multimedia industry in several area’s including audio visual production and graphic design.

His music has appeared on national television and his sound design has been made commercially available by leading synthesiser manufacturer Rob Papen.

He also has an extensive background in sound physics and electronics.

Tom Severn - Video Producer

Tom has studied Documentary Film and Television at the International Film School of Wales, Newport.

Tom has made several short films of his own and in 2006 travelled to Latvia to film a documentary about military archaeologists. Tom has a keen interest in people and their behaviour and his acting experience has given him an invaluable insight and appreciation of the actor’s craft – an essential skill for any budding director. Tom is set to film in Thailand this Summer with the charity The Koh Yao Yai Fundraisers Group.

Mathew Williams - Journalist and Professional Voice over artist

Mathew is an established and experienced journalist. He graduated from Lincoln University with First Class Honours in Journalism and is currently studying along side his work as a Journalist at Cardiff University in with a post graduate diploma in Journalism.

Ryan Yard - Composer

Ryan is a successful and established composer. He studied composition at the prestigious Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama under the esteemed guidance of composer Lynn Plowman where he graduated with a first class honours Batchelor of Music degree.

He has composed for a variety of ensembles including the PM Ensemble, InTransit Ensemble, the Mavron Quartet and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.

Composer Andrew Downes described his epic orchestral work Lamentation as ‘an exquisite piece’ whilst praising it for its ‘lovely sense of lyrical and deeply felt melody and harmony’.

Ryan won the RWCMD Composition Prize two consecutive years running for his 'Violin Concerto' and the massive work 'The Chamber'.

He has been active as a musical director and composer for outdoor theatre shows including 'Alice through the Looking Glass'and T'he Secret'.

He has recorded a solo piano album and DVD titled Means of Escape
